You are looking too hard for something that isn't there. If you had a doubled die under you scope/glass, you would know it. You just haven't found the right coin yet. When you do find one, it will leap out at you! Your eye is there, You just don't have the coin yet.

It is good practice to always post a photo of the entire coin and give some basic information such as the date and mint.

Just looks like a regular cent with maybe some Die Deterioration to me. If there's a known DDR for that year, you can compare them.
