paralyse Bedrock of the Community United States 12057 Posts	Posted 11/02/2016 10:22 pm Two more Walkers, a 1936-S and a 1939-S, saved from the melt bucket and safely at home in my circulated Walker Dansco. $9 each, seemed alright to me, these aren't stunners, just nice old circulated coins; thoughts on grades appreciated as always! Very nice pickup in my opinion. I enjoyed coins so much more before the slabbing scheme relegated everything but keys to being junk silver. paralyse Bedrock of the Community United States 12057 Posts	Posted 11/03/2016 12:23 am There's a newish pawn shop / "we buy gold and silver" shop around the corner where I got these, he literally has a white plastic tray with a bunch of silver in it, mostly walkers with some cull barbers and peace/morgans, Mercury dimes, 40% kennedy, etc. The rest of the walkers were 1940s with a couple of low grade 1917-1918. I don't usually buy anything there (he charges too much for junk) but these two were in decent shape compared to the usual and filled two holes so why not.
