Tracking updated scheduled delivery from Wednesday to Tuesday. It also shows it has arrived at the FedEx location that typically hands it off to the Post Office for delivery. If history is any indicator, I will have it tomorrow or Monday at the latest!

Mine *just* showed up. LATE delivery from UPS... first time I've ever signed for a delivery after 10PM. Oh well, glad they're here. Box is pretty beat up though. Going to see how things look inside and will post pics if I can get some good light.

My label was created on 8/2 but still no tracking past that. The same thing happened on my last Mint order. For some reason FedEx didn't pick it up for 4 or 5 days.

I had already ruled out my normal process of submitting special set coins for grading because it would cost near $350 a set AND have no guarantee of getting any 70's I remember the post of the dude that was pre-selling a 70 set for $999 I saw two 70 grade sets sell over the last two days for $695 each I am weak...I decided to buy a PCGS SP70 set for less than $27/coin..shipping included.. which is WAY less than just the cost of grading and a nice protective case for these coins.

...and I just received my UPS ground sig box...I didn't think UPS delivered on Saturday...
Big box with the sets free wheeling inside..no packing inserts but no obvious damage to the OGP.
Coins look cool...some better than others. The obverse is very subdued but the reverse lettering just jumps out..especially the "ONE CENT"
I haven't checked them all out but old Sac woman has some rinse issues on the first two and probably will be heading back...really lame
Might be glad I ordered those PCGS 70's

UPS absolutely delivers on Saturdays. Heck, even USPS delivers on Sundays for certain things. I'm not a slab guy but that is somewhat tempting. Nah, I have too many other things I'd like to buy with $300. (But thanks for the link all the same!)

I received mine today via USPS. Funny, I never even received a shipping notice. I ordered seven sets. Two for me and one for each of my children. The extra two sets I ordered because I thought these might sell out and given the mint's poor QC, I didn't want to take a chance on getting stuck with any poor quality sets. Two of the seven sets had spots on the Kennedy obverse, so my QC failure estimate was spot on. Those two will be going back. Otherwise, I really like these sets. I'm hopeful they'll make it an annual thing.

Foxwoods, I remember reading recently (I think in an email from UPS), they would start delivering on Saturdays for all packages (you had to pay a fee before). The non primary source articles iirc say it is a response to USPS and Amazon delivering on Saturdays. They started testing in certain markets and should expand fully by November in time for the holidays. http://money.cnn.com/2017/04/03/new...y/index.html

Got an email saying the order is shipped. Admittedly, I think if this becomes an annual set now, I will likely not order more. I will wait and get the half later. I thought this set might skyrocket in price b/c its the first of its kind - sort of like the reverse proof 2011 ASE is still expensive, but 2012 reverse proofs were made in more numbers and so are not hard to get. I just did not want want to have to pay more later when really all I am interested in the half. ...until I saw those pics! These do look beautiful! Now if this was a silver set... I really do not collect for profit, I enjoy the coins. But I also like the idea of a silver set not losing its value over time vs the clad sets.
