Is this a Julia Mamee sestercius (sorry, I put the name in French)?

The size is 30 mm and the weight is 21,85 g

Could be Bronze Disease, right? It looks like there are already pits in the metal on both sides of this coin.

Yes, the surface pattern is very strange... Actually my grand-mother found this coin by chance 80 years ago, or so, near an excavation, in Beauvais, France...

The coin was in high grade, but it was over-cleaned (leading to the granular surface) and the bronze disease has dealt significant damage; it is probably not worth more than a few dollars now. Once treated and the degradation halted, it would still make a fine addition to your collection.

The coin has active bronze disease that needs to be treated before more damage is caused to the coin. This might help. http://www.classicalcoins.com/bronze_disease.html

Man I'm glad I read this post, I remember a coin (one of my first ones) having green on it. I'm going to pull it out and check it when I get home.

I'll post it so we can diagnose it.
