1980-P Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC Is It A Lamination Or Post Mint Damage?

But with some devices not struck on the reverse, I'm leaning towards cracked planchet. The 2:00-4:00 areas look unstruck on both sides? The mark on Liberty looks suspicious, but the crack.
