Not a Doubled Die. Just common Machine Doubling. There's no premium for Machine Doubling.

Okay. Lets see if you are looking in the wrong area for a doubled die?
Which-1970-S-LMC-Doubled-Die-Is-This
Where do you see the doubling on this coin? On a edge of the device or in the center of the devices?
Which-1970-S-LMC-Doubled-Die-Is-This
Again where do you see the DDO?
Which-1970-S-LMC-Doubled-Die-Is-This
Okay, let see a regular coin with a DDO of the same areas:

Where do you see the DDO? Now note. The doubled dies are not on the edges of the devices, but seen in the center of the devices. This is called spread. If a coin doesn't have enlarged devices it is not a doubled die. If the devices are reduced in size, then it is Machine Doubling. After the coin is struck, the die hits the fresh devices and damages them. If you look on the edge of the devices, you will find Die Deterioration and MD. Look for the enlargement in the center of the devices. Hope this helps.

Mint mark is also Machine Doubling. When you see the date and the mint mark affected in the same direction, it is usually not a RPM.

On the 1990 cents forward, you will see the date and the mint marks affected the same on doubled dies. (RPM no more after 1990)
Which-1970-S-LMC-Doubled-Die-Is-This
But on pre-1990 coins the date and mint marks showing the same movement are machine doubled.
But Machine Doubling will show on the all coins. So if the doubling is not on the die, it is Machine Doubling. How to tell the difference? Machine Doubling reduces the size of the normal devices. A doubled die show an enlarged look on the devices.
