I got my (P) Morgans yesterday and while inspecting them I found what looks to be a Strike Through on the reverse. It looks like a metal chip was impressed into the coin and then stuck to the die or fell out afterward. I opened the cap to make sure that it was inclused and not raised.

They look very nice! Just a display suggestion: I would consider placing the obverse of the P upward, but the reverses of the rest. That would display the mint/privy marks, which the P doesn't have.
barkeep, thanks for showing the damage, darn. Several of mine have minor dings. Your's could be strike through or planchet flaw. It looks deep like the cheek cavity on Chopped Triumph's Morgan, his posted topic.
CelticKnot, these capsules came apart readily during shipping. What would prevent them from coming apart in the modified ASE case, especially when turning it over to view the reverse side?
I got 3. The other 2 look OK but there is minor debris inside the caps that I had to blow out and one has a small scratch in the field. In my opinion Philadelphia did a lousy job of QC. The obverse of the chipped one looks like it was rubbed against something. There is shiny areas in the hair that isn't on the other 2. I don't have photographic equipment or skills that would adequately show it.

@EDM, great question. I have been soliciting suggestions in this thread for a few days but this thread is so popluar that my requests get quickly banished to the earlier pages and get no views.
My most recent idea (that met with a copule of nods from CCF members) is to wrap the capsules with long, narrow bands of dark-colored felt or velour or something soft and crushable that would approximate the existing color of the slots, thereby creating a friction fit to keep the capsules in the slots. I personally haven't had a problem with the two halves of the capsules coming apart, so I'm not terribly concerned about that possibility.
I will attempt to find some material over the next few days and see what I can come up with. I do have some concerns about off-gassing since the OGP Morgan capsules are not sealed. I don't think Hobby Lobby would want to guarantee me that their fabrics don't cause corrosion on silver.

You wouldn't need to wrap the entire capsule. You could do it like slabbed coins. There are four points that keep the coin in place. This would make it easier to fit felt, foam, or rubber bumpers such as these

Fabric shops do sell silver cloth. I don't think it would make much difference but it might make you feel better.
If you want to get all artsy-craftsy, the model car world sells loose flocking for things like carpeting in otherwise plastic interiors. Thing is, it isn't a perfect science to apply and I'm pretty sure it isn't intended to be handled afterward.
Craft stores like Michael's also sell sheets of felt with adhesive in the back, but that would probably be too scratchy.
PS: MAILMAN JUST ARRIVED and I think he has a little box for me!!!!
My Peace is a beautiful coin if you don't look at the TWO FLAWS on it. Now, I wanted to keep it as both a long term investment AND because it is so pretty, but now I feel sort of cheated.
I decided to make one of those "unpacking" videos so popular with social media folks, if you want to see what I mean. I'll try to get photos to add to the defect thread...
