Seems a bit too far for it to be a DDO (the ear), so I'll say it's possibly Machine Doubling or Die Deterioration Doubling.

I agree with above statement however, if that was on the nose or the center ray then I would consider looking closer. Those are the areas most likely but not exclusively for doubling.
