So the rule is that if any of the devices are falling off the edge of the coin, then the coin is off center. The only possible device here that is close is the E of DIME. I don't know, but it looks like it's on there to me so I am calling this one a broadstrike.

Uncentered broadstrike, I think yes. Some might say grey area maybe, but if devices were present in the missing (obverse) zone, they for sure would be half as intended. In this case half a blank area is still missing half its intended blank feature. Thanks, Doug.
Thanks! And someday I am going to learn to photograph "not cents". This coin is a bit hazy, but the strike is prooflike on both sides and that just doesn't at all come out in the images.
