This coin has a secondary feature near the doubling. Lighting has to be just right to see both. On Wexler's, if you look carefully, you can very faintly see it.
These are tough. VV has three in similar areas listed and not 100% sure I have mine labeled correctly. I think I remember Tanman saying something about some of these being delisted because they are thought to be master doubling or a doubled hub. Maybe he will chime in. I have mine labeled as VV's 001, maybe compare to yours. I have several of these if anyone wants one, just message me.
I also found 2 like this one but am not keeping them. The pic shows larger than what I see under the scope. The smaller, darker part is what I readily see and it is very small.
