Weight is 5.8g on a 1 decimal scale. Thickness is evenly 1.5mm

Instead of being squarish, it is parallelogram, bigger but thinner. It lays flat on table top. Weight is correct.

I wish someone has an idea of how it can happen and can it be classified as an error type.

I don't think that it's a error. Rather it probably has been altered in some way similar to a Texas Cent.

The entire design is deformed, so it can't be an "error" - that would require parallelogram-shaped blanks, parallelogram-shaped dies and parallelogram-shaped collars.

Which leaves post-mint damage: it's been crushed, carefully so as to keep the design from being damaged.
