uh, no - D.D. has a great dark hot (or mint) chocolate for just a coupla bucks!
Don't do Starbucks - it happened to be next to a Jamba Juice however.
Another favorite of mine.

Found two beat up 70's LMCs in my local coinstar today, kinda disappointing because I hardly ever see anything in there and I got all excited to see something. Better than nothing I guess..

Last week I made my first coin star find, 5 LMC and a silver Roosevelt. Today I checked again at the grocery store and found a 1928 LMC. I am addicted and will check every time I go to a store with a machine.

Johnpc, good finds. Coin Star in the U.S is set up to reject silver, I believe. To find 5 LMC somebody did not check the reject tray imho.

I found this forum about a week ago and find it adds interest to a normal shopping trip, I always go directly to the coin star machine when entering the store

Lol, too bad you guys can't just find a $2 coin on the street down there. I'm always finding them in newspaper machines and parking meters.

I need to check these more often! I never thought of this...

Once I found a toonie stuck in a parking meter, but it was too deep in the slot to pull out. If only I had had a magnet...

I checked five CoinStars in the past two days. Today's haul was 11 zinc cents and 1 clad dime all stuck together in a clump.

Over the last couple of days I've found a 1972 Canadian penny and a 5 cent FUN SPOT ARCADE Atlantic City New Jersey token.

On-line pic of the token:

There's a Facebook page for the place. It's now out of business.

Today I got really excited when I saw something in the coinstar. It turned out to be just a 2005 dime. Oh well, maybe next time.
