My son ordered a set from APMEX with no issues. It will ship in a week. I put him on the alert list in December but was not one of the chosen few earlier this week. No problems yesterday (730pm)...used a credit card. He did NOT receive an email...

I would assume that it meant that they had until Midnight Friday to purchase a set. After that their names were removed from the "special people (not my son)" list and the next group that signed up for the alert was added (my son)

just got chosen this morning, sending check on monday for them

Even though I only want 2 sets, the more you get the cheaper they get for you. 4 sets - 1 sold = 3 ;)

Any one knows how long fideltrade and coins and things take to arrive, they both cashed my check on the 8th

Where is that info?

I find out how many are remaining at AMPEX put the number "999" in the quantity box and a
message will pop up and tell you how many are remaining. Just checked and there are 196.

To SilentAsian4Hire, I read on another site, someone else could not order so they put 1 in the cart, left it over night and the next day had an e-mail from APMEX asking if they had trouble finalizing their order, and that they should complete the order. It worked. Good Luck!

APMEX 135 and counting!

I just called APMEX. If you set up an alert at some point for the ATBs you're in the lottery. If not you're pretty much out of luck.

I'm assuming those with recent orders got an email with a promo code because it still requires one to check out.

It must be because you set an alert then.

I see the following trying to checkout.

"Validate Your Promo Code" __________ "Validate"

If I hit the "Validate" button or "Proceed to Step 2 of 4" button it says the following.

"We are sorry, your Customer ID was not selected to be eligible to purchase one of these items.
(#59810) 2010 5 oz Silver ATB 5-Coin Set PCGS BU or Better (May 13th)
These items have been removed from your cart."
