Mercury Dime Has Anomalies: 'Can Any Determine The Cause'?

It's been abraded to death by scraping it on concrete or some similar situation. Imagine it being stuck to the bottom of somebody's shoe.. Is there no obverse (face side) to the coin or is it scraped away, too? Since you said it was a 2016 the obverse must still be there. Am I right?
