What a great thread-spread of diverse specimens!
Here is me finally finding the time to playing catch-up.
All my favorites [soooooo hard to choose 12-!] will be darkside silver.

#12: A lusciously large (38mm) nicely toned Mexico 1968 Olympic piece recently plucked from the melt tub:

What I reckon my favorite are as follows:

From China:

Your-Top-12-20th-Century-Coins
Unofficial state emblem struck in 1926 - I think it was to commemorate Emperor Pu Yi's wedding. Still pretty neat. Only if it didn't have a hole, it would be worth a fair bit more.

Your-Top-12-20th-Century-Coins
Kweichow Province 10 cash - only coin to be struck in antimony that did circulate. Worthless back then but now it's commanding super ridicious prices.

Your-Top-12-20th-Century-Coins
Kiaochao or now known as Qingdao - former German colony. Interesting to see both German and Chinese text. Pretty neat design.

Japan 50 sen

Malaysia 1 ringgit
Your-Top-12-20th-Century-Coins
Fell victim to heavy counterfeiting.

Russia 1913 commemorative ruble
Your-Top-12-20th-Century-Coins
A rather sad story of a Tsar getting commemorated and get assisinated a few years later. Still reasonably affordable.

Soviet Union ruble
Your-Top-12-20th-Century-Coins
I can't possibly think of a coin that's more leftist than this can be.

Czechslovkia 500 koruns, commemorating Josef Lada

Fuzzy,

The 1964 d dime is highly prized by the average collector and is still possible to find in circulation. I wonder how many I have?
