I swear, sometimes you feel like you're on autopilot, and the coins are seeking you out. Here's my first 7/8TF Morgan, a VAM-38 which I'm tentatively calling MS63. Note the amazing doubling in LIBERTY, the largest such shift known on a Morgan. Also note the substantial doubling in E PLURIBUS. If this stuff is prominent enough to see in an 800px photo, you know it's big.

On the reverse, the VAM is characterized (besides the 5 tailfeathers showing) by the lack of detail between the eagle's right leg and wing. That's is how I cherrypicked this one. In the interest of disclosure, the detail pic is contrast-enhanced to bring out the doubling.

How's my grading?

Very nice. I'm not sure how bad that chin is, but I would have said 64; but I see why it might be a 3.

I can't help it, Bryan. I swear, these things are finding me, not the other way around.

I swear I'm not stalking you.

Seriously - I happened upon a cherrypick Long Nock VAM a couple months ago, and it's rekindled my interest in Morgans to an extent. So, I've been watching for Long Nocks lately, and have stumbled upon a couple of good ones. This is the most recent, and your thread helped me attribute it before the snipe.
