Hi,

I have recently come into possession of this 1871 Seated Liberty half dollar but don't really know its true value, given its condition.

Would anyone be able to give me a completely honest, reasonable value for it?

Thanks ahead of time!!

Cleaned with ED - I'm guessing $30 or less, doubt most coin shops would even buy it.

Thanks for the reply Coin Frog -- I wasn't sure if I overpaid and I think I did (I don't have any experience with Seated Liberty coins so I wanted to get people's opinions). As the above 'helpfully' posted, I got it for $45.

VG and badly cleaned I'd probably say $30.
