Looks like a normal Roosevelt dime to me.

Depending on the lines on the face, whether they are raised, or if they are scratches on the coin. If they are raised, it could be a die issue. If incuse, they could be coin scratches. Just can't tell for sure from the image?

So you're saying that this picture (#1) of a normal 2017 D dime courtesy of PCGS looks the same am my coin(#2 and #3)?

Cause of light diffusing you see that's lines. More closer look and you will not see no lines. It is very confusing. Personally I will like to see a DD or MD for those years.
