Good morning Coin Community. I have a Roosevelt dime here that I would like assistance with. In the pictures posted it looks as if the letters in USA look different than other dimes I have of this year. Would this be because of circulation damage/surface flattening? I also have questions and regards to the front of this coin, but I figured five photos is enough for one post. Thank you for your time and knowledge.

Die Deterioration can make design elements look different. Look up dei deterioration at error-ref.com

Also if you have never seen how they makes dies. The following info is interesting and will be good for additional info for determining actual die errors.

How to tell if it is extreme die wear? Note the devices size? The larger areas are near the rim direction.
