The reverse photo is blurry, but if it is as it appears I'd say it stops this coin from getting a VG grade. G4, Badly worn rim and letters on the reverse. Mike

It looks to be a G-4 or a little better because it looks like you can see 3 letters in liberty it could be VG-8.
