Hey Jmart,

I'm new so discard my opinion. Looks like wear and tear from circulation. I hate looking at circulated quarters they seem to all have a defect like this.

Wait for a more informed opinion

Looks like a die wear issue and a possible chip on the 'N'. Nothing to keep. Just common die events.
