Guys it looks like the mint is doubled and also rotated, agreed?

I'm thinking the mint mark has taken a circulation hit--which moved metal. Others will be along to weigh-in.

I am going to agree with having been hit, mint marks in the era sometimes are sitting high from the base and are a easy target.
