VF Details scratched.

It does look scratched, but I cant tell how many of them are on the holder instead of the coin. I'm going with VF-30, or vf details scratched if they are on the coin.

I apologize for not mentioning this in the original post. The front of this holder is scratched pretty bad. All the scratches that are seen are due from the reflection off of the holder. PCGS graded this VF30 in a problem free slab.

I was thinking that, the holder was scratched. Just think, if that was on auction and the grade wasn't shown, you could get a deal because people thinking it was scratched.

VF-25 assuming that the scratches are on the holder. I think that VF-30 is a bit too generous in my opinion.
