There are only the smallest hints of rub at the very tip tops of the highest points of the design elements, but those areas are also slightly darker. In hand you might tilt the coin to see if there really is any hints of rub.
I'd give it the benefit of the doubt with a 63 RB.
I bet you stole this based on the sellers photos. Congratulations.

Wow, congrats sir! I wouldn't have been able to pull the trigger based on those photos. Looks like it will pay off regardless of whether there is slight rub or not. Good luck!

MS63RB. Very nice price in it. I got one of these years ago on bad scans/pictures and got a 63BN out of it. Even with the grading fees, you will still be up big time!

Looks like the coin has poor alloy mix issues which to me is not an issue at all. Looks cool to me. MS-63BN with a good shot at RB. Nice one for $160.00!
