I'm guessing the scratches are on the holder, and I will go FH & 63-64. Pretty example.

I'm thinking 64 FH. I believe the carbon spot on the reverse hurts it for a chance at a higher grade. I like the obverse mottled toning.

I am in the 66 FH camp, if not for whatever is attached to the obverse.
Believe this was graded as a 64FH.

MS64FH. I think the obverse discoloration holds it from going higher. nice coin
