I'm guessing the scratches are on the holder, and I will go FH & 63-64. Pretty example.

I'm thinking 64 FH. I believe the carbon spot on the reverse hurts it for a chance at a higher grade. I like the obverse mottled toning.

Believe this was graded as a 64FH.

I will post pics of this coin tomorrow. PCGS graded it ms65FH. Joseph was the only 1 who got it right on.
