Photos aren't very good, but it looks fake based on the shape of the date and the crudeness of the mintmark.

The picture of the mintmark is telling. The pictures of the almost entire coin show a high grade coin. The mintmark close up shows a wreath bow that does not reflect the high grade characteristics of the other pictures. I also believe this coin is fake.

It's a counterfeit. The date position is way off from the nearest authentic obverse die.

This is a highly counterfeited key date coin - your photos or sellers?

Unless much better photos are provided - and you not yet the owner - I advise run away from this one.

The counterfiet also has a straight arrow feather on reverse like a 78 or 21.

Fake, incorrect reverse hub used in the copy transfer on the die that struck this.
