Think it might squeak into 63. obverse looks PL but its difficult to tell if the reverse is from these pics, I'm leaning towards no

Pretty deep scars on that head, I'd also say MS-62.

I think the light washed out to PL appearance of the reverse as opposed to the obverse. Lots of chatter and dings. MS63PL for me smat

63 surprises me, but I've always thought that submitting to PMGs is usually a crapshoot.

just me personally but I wouldnt pay MS63 $$ for this coin. especially since you can find so many nice 63 examples of one

Ignoring the scuffs on the slab, there are quite a few heavy contact marks and fingerprints. I'd call this MS-62. I think the 63 is a bit generous, possibly an eye appeal adjustment. Back in the day, this would have been considered SPL, but I don't see enough from the photos to call it PL today. The photos could be hiding enough to make it PL, but from what I can see, it doesn't look like it. IMHO, they got the no designation right.
