Classic commems are very difficult to grade. The craziest I see are booker T Washington Commems Which are susceptible to pre strike flaws on the face. even ms-67-68 examples can look quite poor compared to other coins in the same grade.

With the amount of flat surfaces on this coin, with huuuge fields on both sides and the reverse devices being especially flat for the most part I can't say a 67 surprises me, but without seeing the grade my guess would probably be in line with the crowd at 64-65

Holy smokes! I thought I saw just the slightest contact wear but apparently not. What a key commemorative coin to have!

Looks like it slipped thru the grading room and whomever submitted it got real lucky!

The huge purple spotting above the cows head would be an instant deal breaker for me. I wonder it was even visible on the coin the day it was graded?

The holder may say 67 but the coin says otherwise in my opinion.

It will be interesting to see how this coin ages over the next few years. If the purple spots keep getting darker it is not a good sign.
