Yeah wow, I was gonna say it looks more like the DDO #3 to me since I found one in my dads pocket change years ago, but makecents beat me to it .

This image is what you need to see to determine which one it is. The clue. The difference on the cross bar on the '2'. It is making a muscle or does it have the big guns? That is the big difference between these two dies.

Looking at the pictures on The coin Resource I think it's an 008.I'm no expert but that's my opinion.
Would something like this get graded?
