Sausage BIE, excellent sample == there is an entire Cohen nomenclature on designating the progression. In 55 S OBW rolls (getting too expensive now), you will see many if you a BIE on one -- if you are lucky you will see progression.

No this looks like LDB4-1955S-009E 4SBL+. But with out images of the full obverse and reverse I can't say for sure. But it is not from the same die as LDB4-1955S-013B 4F+. http://cuds-on-coins.com/ldb4-1955s-2/
