Don't like these tricky ones....
I see some luster around the rims and in the fields but it is far from complete, which rules out any MS grade, IMO. Detail is sharp over the lower reverse but is even softer than usual in the center of the obverse. Some of that weakness appears to be wear. The scattered dark stains further hurt eye appeal.
I'd go AU-50 based on these images.

Standing by for larger pics, don't think we'll reach a consensus without them.

Not a fan of the coin, but I think you're right.

not a very nice looking coin without seeing it in hand, these high relief dollars are tough.. appears to have quite a bit of luster maybe ms-61
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

If there is no wear, then for sure it has to be higher than MS-61.
But I see wear, along with significant luster. I would say it is AU-55 straight.

I just don't see this example as a low MS coin with the absence of contact marks. It's either a really clean (mark free) AU coin or MS64ish.

I'll say late die stage along with a soft strike obverse (mushy devises) with subdue luster...the reverse carries her MS-64 smat

ANACS gave this one MS-63, straight grade.

looks like no one hit the grade on this one. these are tough babies to assess. i'll add this one to my mental inventory for future reference.
should have known better with clean cheeks and clean fields. I would have dropped it to MS62 for eye appeal and missing luster across the high points
