I would say, mid to upper MS 60's.

From these photos, it looks like there are several dings (some maybe major) on the cheek. My guess is MS63 at best.

PCGS will love the toning on the reverse. they will grade the reverse at MS66 and the obv probably MS64. the final grade probably MS65

I'm at MS64. It really depends on how prominent those cheek marks are.

MS63, AFTER a quick dip to remove that horrid toning! But I bet that toning is hiding something.
