Scrolling thru, I knew I recognized that 1796 quarter, because I bid on it in a Stacks auction and lost. This guy bought for $9600,

Now for sale for $15K. So forget "old dealer estate", looks like a flipper to me.

I was a bit suspicious how anyone could have this many rare items and sell them on ebay. I looked up the business and it appears legit. Located in New York, ANA certified, etc... From the sounds of the response received by Adam126402, it sounds like it may be a foreigner selling this stuff since the English language appears jumbled. At any rate their feedback appears stellar but almost all of his offerings are well out of my wheelhouse.

Buy rarities at auction and flip on ebay is, I'm sure, fairly profitable but I'm sure it is a challenge for sellers to deal with all the scammers and returns. Definitely need deep pockets and a lot of patience.

ANA certified

No such thing. An individual can be a member of the ANA, they can use that membership in advertising, but all it means is they are a member (paid) and commit to the ANA code of ethics.

To me it's just somebody in the hospital typing on their phone.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/385592075915 caught my attention. A PR04 1895 $1. What on earth?

I've wondered what a proof would look like if it somehow circulated heavily. Very interesting, I wonder if there are any proofs graded lower?

A flipper, the 1795 Flowing Dollar was bought from GC in 2018. Another double your $$. But why ebay as others have questioned, rife with scams and fees.

Oh how interesting - the certs are different but the graffiti is identical.

Regraded.
