Looks to me like a convincingly D-shaped plating bubble that has been partially deflated. Bizarre that it looks so correct in size and shape though.

There are D's, S's, Y's, and W's all over that coin. I wonder why the image is soooo out of focus.

Just my phone. It's all I have. I ordered a coin microscope but it's not here yet. You can see it with naked eye but when you look with loop it pops rgt out. I didn't even find it. I loaded it into coin snap and it saw it. I thought it was really weird. And whoever said it is rgt. Once you see it with your own eye there's no mistaking it. It absolutely doesn't make sense
