Glad you're not offended
Do you print your own pages or do you buy the custom pages?

Outstanding set of quarters - I love the top colorized coin to start each column.

I prefer the OP's original layout -- it just reads better. And +1 for the colorized versions at the top. That never would have occurred to me and they look great just for this purpose.

I don't know if it is possible but I would drop the redundant list of names per row and just go with a dated header row and centered set titles I'm pretty sure Valley Coin might be able to work this out for him if he can't print the pages himeself

I print and cut my own pages. After I printed these, I thought about adding the year to the top of the page, so I may go back and print another set at some point. And I did think about leaving out the name on each of the coin slots and just put the date/mintmark. I just copied the layout that came with the album, but the top row had slots for the 2021 Wash crossing the Delaware, which I did not want in this album. So, I replaced those with the colorized quarters.

What do you use to print and cut you own pages? Did you say you bought the preprinted album and then change the pages yourself? I'm not a fan of colored coins but in this example it's the icing on the cake. Very cool! I agree, the Quarter program is getting very tiring, just adds so much for some one like me that my OCD will make me want to have to get all of them or it will bother me. The $1 coins are getting that way too. I know mostly its to add interest and get people to want to collect them but it also makes the proof sets so expensive. I just hope they don't start doing that with the other denominations. The nickel ones were fine because it was just a short series.

For this album, I bought it complete with the pre-printed pages. I wanted to change the layout and print/cut my own pages. to be able to do this, my wonderful wife figured out all the spacing for all the CAPS album pages. She then figured out how to cut out the "circles" on each page using her Cricut machine. She put all the templates in a folder for me to use when I'm making or updating an album. Craig from CAPS/Valley Coin gave me some blank paper so that he uses with the albums he sells, but I'm printing with an inkjet, and his paper (which I like better) is too glossy for my printer. I think I would need a laser printer to use his paper. I will upload a photo of the original first page sheet that came with the CAPS Album...

This is the original CAPS album page for the first page of the album. I just replaced the 2021 WCD's with the colorized coins for that year. Each page is a complete year in this series.

What model Cricut machine did she use? I figured the cardstock he used would be too thick for a printer. Is is just heavy paper? I have a laser printer, just not the Cricut machine or the know how to use one..lol

I really like the layout. The colorized coins are an excellent idea to accentuate the designs, and were well used. Overall, a great project and you should be pleased with the result! =)

Not really a fan personally of the Women's quarter series. That said, the album and the way it's laid out here is fantastic. Hats off to you.

I just realized, they have a blank spot on the first row of the original page. Oh my OCD would drive me nuts looking at that.
