Looks more like the date says either 1948 or 1978 to me.

Rough shape, and I'm never certain about coloration from photos. It is a wheat back, yes? (obvious question, but still going to ask).

The date looks like arabic text. How anyone could get a definitive date from that is beyond me.

My advice to you is get 1 gummi fish with that coin. The gummi fish will taste alot better than that sour looking coin.

Looks like an 8 to me, not a 3. At least I'm going to hope it's an 8, because if that was a genuine 1943 copper looking like that I would legitimately feel the need to cry.

Not 43 as 43 is steel. I can guarantee that is NOT a mis struck copper. Its just a really corroded common date coin. Spend away.
