It technically doesn't belong here but, the Wally World Coinstar was a bust today. However, I did find a 5.7g 10k gold ring on the floor in the frozen foods section! I know it may mean something to someone but if anyone thinks I'm going to turn it in to Wal-mart as "Lost & Found" you're nuts.

You should let them know you have it, in case someone comes looking for it. Keep all of the details to yourself until they come forward with an accurate description.

That's not a bad idea. I feel a little bad but I really don't want to just hand it over to the store. It'll be gone real quick!

Yeah, no way would I leave it with them, or even show it to them. Just say "I found a ring, if anyone comes looking, give me a call." Leave it at that.

Ok, I was actually just at that store and left my info just in case.
I feel better now because it is a "Mother's Ring" and apparently an old one from the hallmark. But, it was in a little baggie so no one was wearing it when it was lost.
We'll see...

Had to run to the post office and to the store to grab some milk... checked the CoinStar and there was only one coin in it... but he's a keeper!

Coinstar find yesterday: 1964 silver quarter, dirty and rough. There were also 12 Zincolns in various stages of decay that had been rejected by the machine, along with a 1973-D dime that didn't seem to have anything wrong with it.

Nice finds! Well, the quarter and dime at least. As for the Zincolns...

Checked two machines today and found 3 clad dimes and 3 Zincolns. I'll get that first silver some day!

Been having a good week at the coinstars. Sunday night I found a 1941 Mercury dime, and today I found a 2016 malaysia 10 sen and a 1962 canadian dime!
