Token, one side is very clear and has a flower.
The other side is worn and not clear at all, but seems bimetalic.
Non magnetic.

Looks like it could be the insert disk from a cheap dangle from necklace or bracelet. Like the mounts they sell for coins to be placed in when I was making and selling jewelry back in the 70's I use to have a number of disks with different themes on them. some were double sided some were blank one side so the could engrave it.
