This is a 1937-D LWC tat has spots on the front yet is struck well. What would you grade it?

Nice, MS-62+, Environmental damage (carbon spots)

Would look nicer next to my 1937P AU!

Edit: doesn't make much difference, but how about rim? If dark suspect came out of paper roll storage/humidity/climate? If brite, air resistant tube or other media.

I can't grade the coin due to the spots. What a shame.

Try to light the obverse like you did the reverse. You captured the luster well on the reverse (cart wheels) but I think your obverse light is blowing out the fields. Try to capture the cartwheel spokes.
