This is a 1937-D LWC tat has spots on the front yet is struck well. What would you grade it?

Nice, MS-62+, Environmental damage (carbon spots) Would look nicer next to my 1937P AU! Edit: doesn't make much difference, but how about rim? If dark suspect came out of paper roll storage/humidity/climate? If brite, air resistant tube or other media.

I can't grade the coin due to the spots. What a shame.

Technical MS63RD but those dang carbon spots really detract from it.

Try to light the obverse like you did the reverse. You captured the luster well on the reverse (cart wheels) but I think your obverse light is blowing out the fields. Try to capture the cartwheel spokes.
