Recently picked up this 1916-D quarter. Looks F-VF to me, what do you think? Does the D over D mintmark add any value?

It is large D over small D rpm #1 according to variety vista web site

How do you get to the Barber quarter rpm section on variety vista? It only shows standing liberty and Washington for me.
