The SLQ really stands out for me. For commems, I'd say the Oregon Trail.

I agree with Prethen, the SLQ is gorgeous!
A close second would be Walking Liberty/ASE

Yes the SLQ is a beautiful coin as well and comes in a close second on my list. I'm going to get me one of those controversial 1917 type one's someday.

I can't pick one so I will have to say the SL 25 cent reverse for best eagle with the WL half rev a close 2nd, Columbian commem 50 cent rev with the ship and globes and Eisenhower dollar reverse (in higher relief type) for marking mankinds achievements.

It's hard to beat this for eye appeal for the buck. $7 for a problem free worn example. About bullion price. Some steel grey toning brings out design nice.

SLQ has always been my favorite ever since my dad gave me his only one when I was a kid. Really like the reverse of a walking liberty too.

My fav 2 are quarter designs...
The SLQ, of course... and the LGF quarter design
that won the 1932 competition for the Washington
commem quarter. Only to be bumped for a lesser
design because a woman couldn't be allowed to win.

I have to say the SLQ is my favorite also with the Seated Liberty dollar a close second.
