This looks MS64 to me. From the picture can’t tell for sure on FSB. There will be opinions both ways on this one.

The reverse indicates very minor circulation on the high points. Obverse shows luster breaks in the center of the fields.
Technical Grade 58. Eye Appeal 5/10. An easy date for a nicer example.

MS-63 I don't think it's FSB ,a little hard to tell .

the coin exhibits very light circulation and the obverse spot is a little disconcerting. AU58
