*** Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title. Titles are Important! ***

I need help to ID this coin. I have been searching for this rpm but all I found is 1942 d over d horizontal but couldn't find any info about this 1941. Is it possible for this 1941 to have d over horizontal d?

With pictures now, looks like the D took a hit, but get other opinions.

I agree with @fuzzy that the mintmark took a hit, causing that mostly vertical line.

Don't sweat it. I'm still learning myself. If we had to absorb it all at once, we would probably pack up and leave it. But it is a continuing addiction, we always need the new fix. Something new all the time is discovered.
