Picked this one up for $65. I think this one may be scratched below the eagle but it comes with a return privilege, so why not. Thoughts on grade and problems? Thanks!

Will wait for your pictures, but it looks at least XF details. That blue Sharpie edge toning worries me though. Glad it has a return policy.

could go as high as AU details (ED/cleaned) but the obverse is a little too blurry to tell for sure

This one came in. There is a staple scratch under the eagle which was oddly difficult to photograph. The first picture is straight on, but the second had to be taken at the right angle, tilted right to show the scratch. I like it for $65. Thoughts? Thanks!

Will update after acetone and VerdiCare.
