The doubling is minor and common so no premium for that.The planchet flaw is nice. On a good day you might get $5 for it.

both yes, as to weather together probably yes as well. Note doubling of edge is very common (like 20%-1% depends on year of coins and type)

Agree with all comments in regard to the edge doubling. But I've never seen an example of the cold shunt, and would love to see more information on this one

On the 50c coin, it looks to me like a piece of foreign material got between the planchet surface & the die prior to being struck, then the foreign material fell away leaving the defect you see now, usually referred to as a strike through.

If you can tell by close observation that the defect is lower than the surface of the rest of the coin, then I'd be 99% certain that it's a strike through foreign object.
