2019-D War In The Pacific Obw Quarters-roller Lines? Die Cracks?

Recently went through a box of War in the Pacific-D --found 19-W! woo hoo!

However, I pulled about 40 quarters with these lines on them, --roller lines?--
It also appears that there are cracks all over these quarters? They don't look like coin strikes since they seem to be the same color as the rest of the coin.

I know it's not a DD... I asked what the cracks are all over the coin

Some of these that go counter the pattern of die wear, maybe intentional marks made on a coin or damage a coin received during circulation. What ever they are, there is no premium for damage.
