Friend told me it's worth quite a bit but I'm not sure? Any info would be great! Thanks!

to CCF. Sorry to say it is worth $5.The number isn't that fancy and the condition of the note isn't that good.

Your bill has an unusual serial number but it is not worth anything more than face value. Since you'd be tying up only 5$ in face value add it to your beginning collection and note that it is the 1st note you saved from circulation.

You could also offer it to your friend that told you "it is worth quite a bit of money". Let them put their money where their mouth is! People like your friend have a knack to "crawfish" when offered that opportunity.
