I think we would need more info, first the weight and second much clearer pixs of the rim (your fingers are in focus but the rim is blurry) holding off on my opinion...good luck

The green is from water contact on the coin.

Interesting, obv up it's 4.94 grams, reverse up it's 5.62.

After recalibrating thats why I posted pic of new quarter and the 74 lol. Should the quarter weight alot less ? Then the newer one if it was missing the nickel layer
