Looks correct. It is a later die state. But the angle line is still there.

I always look for this variety. I'm glad to see that someone can find one, even if it's not me! 
The first US coin motto was found on a 1792 half disme and read: "LIB (erty) PAR (ent) OF SCIENCE & INDUSTRY"
